Norma Jean Payne Oversees and manages three firms: D.I.F., a non-vessel operating common carrier; Friendly Freight Forwarders Inc.; and D.I.F. Transportation. a brokerage specializing in less than container and full truckloads. She has been an active owner in these companies for over 20 years and in the industry longer than that.
She is licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission as an ocean transportation intermediary and forwarder.
Norma began her transportation career at a national trucking line as a regional sales executive and was the first woman working in that office. She holds a Degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas-Arlington and has performed
additional postgraduate work in Urban Studies. Norma's business philosophy is: "You've got to maintain your honesty. Integrity is a very important part of business.
